Danny replied quickly to my request for a quote for a fuseboard upgrade. Price was agreed and Danny arrived on the agreed day to complete the works. Very happy with the work, all clean and tidy on completion. Will definitely be using him again for some more work that requires attention.

Danny came and installed our EV charger. He was excellent from survey to installation, with great communication throughout. The price was very competitive compared to others, and I appreciated the free on-site survey, which isn't always offered by other providers. Highly recommend and I'd use them again for other work too!

We have used Frank and Sons a number of times now for our tenants. They are fantastic. They get in direct contact with the tenants and arrange everything through them until the work is complete. This is usually done in a quick and efficient way. They always give me a break down on how the job went and supply any more information that may be required

Frank & Sons replaced my very old consumer unit and installed five bathroom spotlights, staying within costs agreed from outset. They completed works earlier than expected and there was minimal disruption throughout the rest of the house, with everything left tidy. Excellent communication from start to finish, explaining details of the consumer unit. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy electrician!

As someone who probably doesn’t share reviews as often as they should, I couldn’t miss the opportunity on this one! Firstly, and most importantly, communication. From the very outset Danny was fantastic at providing clear, concise information about the potential works. From types of EV chargers and their benefits, to installation dates, nothing was left to chance. We even managed to have a video call to discuss install locations, designs and any foreseeable issues. When it came to the date of installation, Danny was prompt and efficient, even finishing the job ahead of schedule. The whole process was super smooth and Danny even took the time to explain what he was doing and all the safety features built in to the install. After completion, a full demonstration and walkthrough of how to use the new charge point was had and we were left with no unanswered questions. After a few days we encountered an issue with the unit not receiving power. Although we thought at first it might be the unit itself, it turned out to a failure of a safety trip switch. Not only did this provide comfort that the failure systems built in worked, but during this time Danny could not have been more understanding and continued with constant communication to help fault find. A couple of days later, Danny was back at our home, faulty element replaced and the charge unit working flawlessly since! Although these types of things happen from time to time, it’s rare to have such support and urgency from a tradesmen willing to resolve the issue so promptly! Can’t say enough good things about Danny and the team. Will be actively looking to recommend to anyone looking at this type of electrical work!

His work was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, Daniel demonstrated expert knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The EICR was thorough and clearly explained, giving us complete peace of mind about our property’s electrical integrity, I can highly recommend Daniel!

Called Dan in the morning and he agreed to attend the same afternoon. Excellent service, Dan looked at the job and advised on what I should do next. As my oven kept tripping out the board he checked things over and it was established that the grill element was at fault. This was something Dan could not fix. However, he helped me takeout the oven and then removed the back panelling so that I could fit a replacement myself. He didn't need to do this but his assistance was much appreciated. Because of Dan's helpfulness I have passed his number to my neighbours in case they need an election at some point.

Very grateful to Daniel, he managed to fit us in for a car charger fitting before the cut off at very short notice. He was a pleasure to deal with. I came across his company by chance in a Google search for EV charger fitting and I'm so glad I did, they'll be my go to for any electrical works now. He did what he said he was going to, when he said he was going to and he did it all for a good price and with a smile on his face. What more can you ask for?!

I had Frank and sons install my ev charger. I had no idea what i needed, spoke to Daniel who helped me select a charger and arranged the installation. He also helped with the paper work . I have a very small window to get the charger installed due to work commitments. Daniel made sure he kept to the deadline. Simply a brilliant experience and much cheaper than others I asked for quotes.
